Renaissance Zone

Forman is part of North Dakota's Renaissance Zone program. A section including 25 blocks of our city is desginated as the Renaissance Zone. A property owner in this zone may apply for state and local tax incentives when building or renovating a property. A map of the current Renaissance Zone can be found below, along with some criteria for approving a Renaissance Zone project.
