Residential Incentives

A person who purchases a lot within city limits for the purpose of building a residential dwelling and begins construction within one year of purchase, is eligible for the following incentives:

Two-year tax abatement on the first $150,000 taxable value

Six months free base-rate on water, sewer, and garbage.
