Citizen of the Year Award

Nominations for Forman's Citizen of the Year Award will be accepted beginning on February 15th and ending March 15th. Only one nomination per person. Those making the nominations and the nominees must all be residents of the 58032 zip code. Nominees must be 16 years of age or older. 

In addition to the Citizen of the Year Award, Forman will be honoring one youth as "Mayor for the Day." Contestants must submit their essay answers to City Hall or the Library by March 15th. The contest is open to Forman youth, grades 1-8.  Third and seventh graders can also submit their essays to the North Dakota League of Cities annual essay contest.
