ND 13 and ND 32 intersection project

The North Dakota Department of Transportation (NDDOT) will be making improvements to the intersection of ND Highway 13 and ND Highway 32, located east of Gwinner.

The project includes:

Construction of a roundabout intersection

Installation of additional highway lighting in all directions of the intersection

Construction is currently scheduled to begin at the end of June 2026. Major construction activities are expected to last approximately 8 weeks.

Traffic delays should be expected during construction. The contractor will work to minimize disruptions; however, delays of up to 15 minutes may occur depending on the type of work being performed.

While these improvements may cause temporary inconvenience, they are designed to significantly enhance the safety of the intersection for all motorists and the traveling public.

The contract completion date is November 14, 2026.
